Return & Exchange
Returns & Exchanges are only for manufactory fault. Strictly no size exchange as each product is given with a measurement chart for reference.
Our policy lasts 7 days. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange, after 7 days since your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unwashed, unaltered, unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and internal labels must be intact. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation request can be made only when order still in processing status. If your order status is “Shipment in process”, it means your order has been processed in our warehouse and it’s unfortunately too late to cancel it.

Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then will be refunded in the form of store credit of the value of items bought. An email notification will be sent to you once your store credit has been updated.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at kerisclothing@gmail.com
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
