Shipping policy

Keris&Co. processes orders for shipping from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders received on Sundays and holidays will be processed the next business day.

Domestic and Singapore Shipping

Domestic shipping within Malaysia (East & West Malaysia) is shipped and dispatched from Selangor via J&T Express Malaysia. J&T Express is the leading courier company in Malaysia, which has the widest network coverage and the largest courier fleet in Malaysia.

Delivery Duration

• West Malaysia: 1-2 Days
• East Malaysia: 2-3 Days

Shipping Rules and Restriction

We are not responsible for merchandise risk of loss after the courier has delivered the order to the address. We do not take responsibility if the courier cannot deliver the package in time due to incomplete address, misspelled address or no recipient at the address. Free shipping will be given if there are mistakes in the order(s).
